How do we know if a process is worth automating?
Good candidates are tasks that repeat often, follow roughly the same steps and take real time from your team. We look at it together in the first conversation and tell you honestly if it makes sense.
Do we need to change the software we use?
Usually not. We connect to the systems you already have. If a system has no way to connect, we'll explain the options.
What happens when the AI isn't sure?
We design every solution so uncertain cases go to a person for review. You decide which steps need human approval.
How long does a project take and what does it cost?
It depends on the scope. After the first conversation we give you a clear estimate, and we usually start with a smaller pilot so you see results before committing to more.
What about data privacy?
We agree with you up front which data the solution can use and where it goes. Access is limited to what the process actually needs.
